We brought Projectworks onboard in mid-2020 as we believed our current software wasn’t the conduit necessary for our growth plans. It was important that the solution of choice provided advanced project management, resourcing, financial, and accounting capability driven directly from actual one-touch project data.

What’s particularly good about Projectworks is that you don’t need to be reliant on one person in accounts knowing the system or a subject matter expert feeding the information back to you. Any one of us from the executive through to the administration team can navigate the system. The security levels provide the control you need as well as the visibility necessary dependent on your position. If you’re a project manager, you can issue a status report to your client directly or if you’re in the executive, you have business insight dashboards summarising financial targets, margins, utilisation tracking. You can check on the debtor position or if you want to get cracking on your own project, set it up yourself with just a few clicks”
Diversus utilises Microsoft Dynamics and has benefited from custom enhancements to integrate its data. It also uses the MYOB and now JIRA connectors which saved their Service Delivery team substantial time writing as well as provided clear support ticket alignment.
Projectworks gave us a clear strategic roadmap, with features that we knew would work really well with our business – such as API and data connection to Power BI reporting as well as Jira integration. But ultimately what we’ve been happy with most has been the ‘after sales service’ - this is their real point of difference.
